Susan G. Komen® Kansas City Named Title Sponsor of 2015 NAIA Women’s Basketball Championship
The City of Independence Tourism Department, and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) are excited to announce that Susan G. Komen® Greater Kansas City will be the title sponsor of the 2015 Division I Womens' Basketball National Championship.
The 35th annual championship events will be held at the Independence Events Center in Independence, Mo., March 18 - 24, 2015. The 2015 event marks the first time it will be held in Independence. The championship is a 32-team, single-elimination tournament with the champion crowned on March 24. The 32 qualifiers will be announced on Wednesday, March 11.
